Hey mate same things happens to me with latest BMW software
What you need to do is install new SD card okay
Then move amercican software from s explore to new SD card that you installed
Then go download the new BMW software when you finish restart you elite
And go to s explore move back the american software to internal SD card
Your problems will finish
Other option is
Move the China software and keep it in the new sd card do not deleted
Keep it there for as long as you need
Then download your BMW latest software
